Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges.

RETURNS

Before attempting to return anything, please read below and contact us at

Food for the Sole cannot accept returns on ANY FOOD ITEM unless it is damaged or defective upon receipt. If you purchased extra meals, please stick them in your pantry for your next adventure or a night when you just can’t face making dinner.

 

Returns are refunded to the original form of payment or with product exchange only.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

If your shipment contained errors Food For The Sole will cover return shipping, otherwise you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns will be processed within 7 days of receipts of goods.

DISCOUNTS/COUPONS

Discounts/coupons are valid for a limited time only. Food For The Sole reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time without notice. All coupons issued are for future orders and cannot be used retroactively. 

Coupons are for in stock items only. 

If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit. In addition, the coupon may not be re-issued.

When will my order arrive?

All items are shipped from our facility in Bend, OR. Transit times vary depending upon geography and shipping method. Due to increased demand, as a result of COVID-19, please allow 2-4 business days to fulfill your order

 

After processing please allow:

2-7 days for US Postal Service Priority Mail

1-5 days for UPS GROUND 

The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.

 

Can I pick up an order?

YES. Due to COVID-19, we have put some extra precautions in place for our pickup option to help limit any potential exposure in our facility. Upon fulfillment of your order you will receive instructions for pick up. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 

 

Who qualifies for free shipping?

All continental US state addresses are eligible for free shipping. At this time, we do not offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. 

Free shipping only applies to retail priced orders, over the free shipping threshold listed on the website, that are shipping within the Continental United States. Outdoor Industry discounted orders or other discount promo-code orders will be charged shipping based upon the order size and where it is going in the United States, as will any order under the free shipping threshold. 

 

Do you offer international shipping?

 

Due to strict governmental regulations around exporting food products, we are currently unable to ship web orders outside the United States. However, our retail partner, Garage Grown Gear, is able to process international orders.
